After Prom

Junior and Senior Parents: To make After Prom a success, we need parent and business donations. Your committee is working hard on the business donation part, but we need more parent help.

  1. DONATIONS NEEDED NOW! We count on about 300-400 ACHS parents (both juniors and seniors) to donate a recommended $30 to provide the funding and cash flow to put on this event. To date, we have only received 100 ACHS parent donations. If you are able, please consider making a contribution! Your student will get way more than $30 worth on a wonderful night of 5 hours of entertainment and prizes. (You do not need to attend Prom to attend After Prom.) You can donate via Venmo or have your student drop off a check at the high school office.
  2. VOLUNTEERS You don’t have to be a junior/senior parent to volunteer. We are looking for adults that can help between midnight and 5 a.m. Use the Sign Up Genius link HERE or QR code and make sure to scroll down to look for a role that fits you. Casino, inflatables, photo booth, laser tag, tattoos, cleanup… so many choices! We need you!

If you have a senior, please send in the baby/senior pictures by March 31st, 2021.

See our flyer in the newsletter for all After Prom details and follow us on social media. https://www.facebook.com/AfterPromACHS/
